Fomo’s built-in experience is local first. It does not require an account and contains no analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party fonts.

What stays on your Mac

Saved ideas, personal ideas, plans, completed experiences, and your layout preference are stored in WebKit website data. Anyone with access to your Mac user account may be able to access this information.

Your control

Use Settings to export a JSON backup, restore a collection, or clear your collection. Backups are unencrypted, so store them somewhere you trust. Local and hosted versions keep separate collections. A remote /logout navigation clears the app’s WebKit cookies and website data, including local collections.
